Story Cards on a Whiteboard
I just found what might be the greatest thing since sliced bread. It is so smart, so ingenious, that it made me excited like a child on Christmas for a whole week.
The problem: My team had a lot of index cards which we wanted to put on a wall in order to simplify planning. We had thought about using pins, tape, magnets, and pretty much every type of device used to put a piece of paper on a wall known to man. That’s when I found it.
The solution: Flexible and adhesive magnetic tape. Just stick a piece of tape on the back of the card. Then you can post your cards on a whiteboard and move them around all day long. Up, down, left, right, left again, rearrange. If you wanna take it down and edit it, just do it and put it right back up again. So simple, so obvious. Love it!
If you happen to live in Sweden, you can pick a roll up at Clas Ohlson. In the US, I found the same product at The Magnet Source (see product C). They’re cheap too.
Really cool. Got to get it!
